Field Sales Coach (All Locations)
Improving our sales performance is a critical part of our strategy to grow Biffa. A key element of making that improvement is to accelerate our success in the Small and Medium Enterprises market. We are looking for someone to take up the challenge to make a big impact on that growth.
To be successful in this brand new national role, you will be an effective communicator and coach who is good at developing sales people. You will enjoy being out and about, working with people on the ground to spot ways in which they are already great and to help them find ways to help them be even better. Experience of being successful within a field sales environment would be a real advantage in helping you understand the opportunities and challenges of a field sales role. The overriding quality we are searching for is someone who is hungry to see great sales performance across Biffa and who is energised by seeing people meeting their targets and knowing that they have been a part of that success.
The role reports to the Learning and Development Manager, Commercial and works alongside the Regional Sales Managers.
