Maintenance Engineer x 3 Trafford Park
We are looking for three engineers to efficiently undertake the maintenance activities of this MRF, ensuring health and safety and environmental compliance, whilst achieving continuous improvement in productivity and plant availability of greater than 90% uptime.
You should be organised, thorough and enjoy challenging situations. Attention to detail, ensuring quality and standards are met and reducing error to a minimum are important factors in this position. To be successful in this role you must be logical, systematic and inquisitive by nature. You must also be a probing and dependable self-starter. Standard operating procedures and clearly defined guidelines are a key element of this role.
Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer or position of a similar responsibility, within a time critical process environment is essential. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working to and achieving clearly defined KPI's, and delivering continuous improvement within an operational environment.
A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification is essential for this position but both would be desirable, as the role would cover both disciplines.
