Senior Location Manager - North West Area

The R&T Division are recruiting for the post of Senior Location Manager. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, your responsibilities will oversee / cover the management and efficient use of plant and workforce resources at Risley and the development of a new facility within the North West ensuring continous operations atall sites, in compliance with permit, licence and company procedures. This will inlcude liaison with business units and site personnel, staff development and training, commercial development, financial and budgetary control and customer care.

Knowledgeable in waste management, environmental and transport legislation, and preferably with CoTC and IOSH qualifications, you will have an enthusiastic and motivated approach with a sound background in management of a profit centre/operation. An appreciation of customer serivce as it applies to our business will be supported by well developed communication, leadership and motivational, personnel and people management skills.

Experience of working in a multi-site business is desirable, as you will need to ensure that all sites are working towards a common goal and all staff remain motivated towards competitive targets.

A full driving licence is essential and you must be prepared to work flexible hours as required. A key function of this role will be that of proactively managing health and safety.

HGV C Class Drivers - Didcot

We are currently looking for HGV Drivers based at our Didcot depot. The role may consist of early morning starts or evening shifts, working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings. Experience in the waste industry would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be given.
