Water Jetting & Air Conveyancing
Tank Cleaning
Tanks and vessels of any size can be cleaned or decontaminated. Skilled operatives will clean and where necessary enter the tank to remove residual material or perform descaling operations.
Site surveys are carried out by experienced personnel who fully evaluate the requirements of the cleaning operation. Risk assessments and method statements are then prepared in order to ensure that the cleaning operation is conducted in a safe and professional manner with all the necessary permits to work and PPE being utilised.
Interceptor Emptying
Whatever the size or type of interceptor, we are able to provide plant on site to deal with either regular or one off requirements. Tankers are used to remove both liquid and solid material such as grit, silt and mud from the interceptor and the waste is then taken for disposal through a suitably licenced route.
Air Conveyancing/Boiler Cleaning
This technique is used for the removal of dry materials such as dust, rubble, coal or hard core from bunkers, boiler flues and chimneys. A wide range of both static or mobile vacuum units are available to suit the working environment. For fluids, effluent, slurries and silt our fleet of tankers can be used to draw from depths of up to 100 feet.
Where access is restricted or it is not possible to use vehicle mounted equipment then manual labour can be provided. Specialist operatives are able to deal with almost any waste removal in either hazardous or difficult environments.
Catalyst Removal
This specialist service is provided primarily to the Petro-Chemical industry and is designed to remove catalysts from both reactors and vessels. Associated works include the removal of allumina balls, vanadium peroxide and the cleaning of petroleum and caustic tanks. We are also well placed to cover works associated with cleaning of water cooling towers, materials handling and the recovery of oil from spillages.
