Recycling and Segregation
Many of our sites have been developed to include front end materials reclamation facilities which do not attract landfill tax payments for customers. This means that we segregate waste types into recyclable and non recyclable items, thus minimising landfill volumes and your landfill tax liability. In many cases back loads of screened material being either soils, aggregates or hardcore can be supplied giving you transport cost savings.
These sites have been specifically designed for exchange mode vehicles, for example, skips, roll on/offs and tipper trucks.
Transfer Stations
The pre-treatment regulations require greater segregation of waste at source by our customers, together with the need for recycling facilities to process paper, card and glass before being moved to the processors for recycling and reuse.
For those customers who choose not to pre-sort their waste, we provide a treatment service.
