Delisting of Biffa Shares

8th April 2008

Following an application by Biffa Plc ("Biffa") to the UK Listing Authority, the listing of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Biffa ("Biffa Shares") on the Official List was cancelled and consequently Biffa Shares ceased to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange, both with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) this morning.
