New Customer Access System

As part of our on going commitment to further enhancing our service to our customers, we are delighted to introduce to you some new developments to our Customer Access facility. These include:

• Improved management of your accounts. You can now use just one login for multiple accounts and grant permission to other users within your organisation.
• Facility to view an exact copy of the invoice sent to you in the post.

Customers also now have the option to complete online, the pre-treatment declaration form.
