Tailor made
Our polymer compounds are used in sheet extrusion, blow moulding, injection moulding and pipe extrusion applications. Available in a wide variety of different grades and colours tailored to our customer needs.
Wide range
We formulate plastic compounds from a wide range of polymer types and colours and can include fillers and product performance modifiers. Our compounded polymer range includes polypropylene, polystyrene, and high and low density polyethylene alongside a number of engineering polymers.
Quality and consistency
The fact that we are part of one of the UK's largest waste mangement companies gives us the enviable position of being fully integrated in terms of the feedstocks that we convert.
This choice of feedstock coupled with our granulation, washing and extrusion equipment give us the control to mix a variety of feedstock, additives, pigments, fillers and stabilisers to produce materials of agreed specifications. During processing our on site laboratory monitors and continually tests output to ensure optimum product quality and consistency.
