Our feedback policy
Biffa West Sussex strives to provide an excellent service to West Sussex residents and we value your feedback. Any comments or complaints that we receive will be recorded and we have put in place a formal procedure to ensure that complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We will investigate all complaints and, where contact information is provided, we will provide a written response within 8 working days. We will publish an annual report on our website that summarises the feedback that we have received from the community and how we have responded to this.
