Meet Mike. As manager here at Biffa Northampton, it’s his role to ensure the smooth running of the depot, covering everything from customer service to environmental responsibilities and health & safety. Luckily, this variety is what keeps Mike motivated – he enjoys the fact that every day brings something different. Outside work, he’s a dedicated dad to young son Jasper and spends as much time with him as he can.
On a day-to-day basis, Rebecca makes sure that all the trucks are out, compliance standards are met and all reports are in order. As a self-confessed perfectionist, her favourite part of the job is making sure that all the records are up to date. Away from the depot, Rebecca loves nothing more than to chill out with her favourite films and soap operas.
