Offer Details 

Enquiry must be made by 23:59 on the 31st December 2025 to qualify for the 18-month fixed price.

Exclusions apply:

• This offer entitles a new/existing customer to have their prices fixed for the specified Initial Period from the date of signing new contracts.
• The Initial Period shall be eighteen (18) months. During the Initial Period Biffa will not review the Charges pursuant to Clause 4.1. During the Initial Period Biffa may review the Charges pursuant to Clause 4.2. if the average weight of your collection is greater than the Assumed Weight.
• The fixed price offer is dependent on the customer renewing or taking out a General Waste contract in addition to contracts for one or more waste streams (i.e. DMR, glass or food) at the same site.
• The fixed price off will apply to contracts on wheelie bin containers (140L, 240L, 660L, 1100L), caddies (10L, 23L) and bags.
• The fixed price offer is dependent on no changes being made to relevant contracts for the duration of the Initial Term. If a customer drops one or more of the contracted waste streams during the Initial Term of the contract, Biffa reserves the right to remove the offer on remaining waste stream contracts.
• Customers with existing contracts that are to run for 18 months or less will not be able to redeem this offer.
• This offer is valid for use via biffa.co.uk and through our sales agents.
• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Biffa discounts or offers.
• This offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice prior to you submitting your enquiry to us.
