Building a culture of inclusion - Biffa
At Biffa, our employees make our business
We’re here to change the way people think about waste, and that starts with our people, our values and our culture. By holding ourselves to the highest standards and working hand-in-hand with a range of partners, we enable organisations to manage their waste more sustainably.

What we stand for

Our values demonstrate that it is not just what we do that's important but how we do things, how we go about our everyday tasks and more importantly how we work as a team.

Diversity targets

We have a range of diversity targets to ensure we put actions behind our words and align to the UN SDG: GRI 405 Diversity and Equal Opportunities 2016 Act.

Modern slavery

Our strategy has three strands: Raising Awareness, Strengthening our Response to the Threat and Victim and Survivor Support.
