Electric & hybrid car salary sacrifice scheme
At Biffa we are very excited to offer our salary sacrifice scheme for fully electric and hybrid cars. The scheme is all inclusive in that it covers insurance, breakdown cover, tyre replacement and any servicing the vehicle needs.
The Cycle2Work scheme is a Government-approved salary sacrifice initiative allowing you to hire a bike and accessories from your employer for the purpose of cycling to work. The hire is free of tax and national insurance which means you can make savings whilst keeping fit, reducing your carbon footprint and spending less time in your car.
For employees planning to retire who provide their contractual notice, we offer 1 day's paid leave to support their retirement planning. For employees who provide 52 weeks’ notice of their retirement, we offer an additional 5 days' holiday.
