Working with Biffa as a supplier

Suppliers

Biffa procurement works in partnership with our suppliers to establish a fair and reasonable trading relationship. We recognise our suppliers who perform above and beyond expectations in a number of ways, including a Biffa Supplier Awards Event.

Biffa procures all goods and services through a central strategic Group Procurement team based at our Head Office in High Wycombe. In order to supply Biffa with goods or services, you need to be registered with Group Procurement. Supporting the entire business, the supply management team monitors external spend in excess of £300m and works closely with business leaders and suppliers to source high-quality, and cost effective products and services.

Become a Registered Biffa Supplier

To become a registered Biffa supplier, you need to meet Biffa procurement’s ethical, environmental, and health and safety standards. We publish upcoming requirements on a periodic basis and would ask all prospective suppliers to contact us via our direct email mailbox procurement@biffa.co.uk.

Supplier Information

Due to the increasing complexity and cost of setting up a new company supplier, Biffa reserves the right to charge suppliers £250 for registration on our supplier database. This fee is waived for all registered charities, micro-suppliers, or organisations who are current business customers of Biffa Waste Service Ltd.
