  • How can I get a quote for services

    Getting a quote is quick and easy with our online quote builder – we’ll take you through a few simple steps and you will get your quote straightaway, you can then buy your new waste contract online.   • Can I check whether you serve my postcode?

    At Biffa we cover 95% of UK postcodes. If you’d like to check whether we operate in your area, use our handy interactive location map.

  • I just want a recycling collection, why do I have to have a general waste service too?

    Since October 2015, Biffa has offered recycling services alongside our general waste collection rather than standalone recycling services. The purpose of this is to reduce contamination and ensure we’re recycling as much of your waste as possible.

  • How can I make a customer services complaint?

    We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your service and our team are here to help with any issues that you may be experiencing. If you would like to discuss your issue with us , please contact us on, including your business name, postcode and a few details about what has happened or call 0800 601 601. We will do our best to find a resolution for you.

  • How do I decide which container I need?

    You can browse our entire container range where you’ll find a description of each container including sizes and the types of waste they can contain. If you need more help deciding on a container, you can contact us by filling in an enquiry form or calling us on 0800 307 307*

  • Can I hire a skip from Biffa?

    Yes you can! We offer skip hire for both commercial and domestic use. You can find out more about skip hire or call us on 0800 307 307 and we can discuss your requirements.

  • Can I choose the time/day you collect my bins?

    When you complete a quote request from us we’ll ask you whether there are any time constraints around collecting your bins, as well as location restrictions e.g. locked gates, narrow streets. We’ll always try and collect your waste at a convenient time and we take preferences into consideration.

  • How can I update my details?

    The quickest and easiest way to update your details is by logging into your CustomerZone account. Alternatively you can call our customer services department on 0800 601 601 and we’ll be happy to help.

  • How can I find my local depot?

    All of our depots can be found using our handy interactive locations map.

  • How can I report a missed collection?

    For missed collections or related service issues, please phone Customer Services on 0800 601 601 and a member of our dedicated team will be able to help you.


  • Can I speak to someone about my household bin collections?

    Residential enquiries are handled by your local council, who are best placed to assist you. Find the contact details for your local council.

  • How can I make a residential services complaint?

    Any issues regarding your residential bin collection service should be addressed to your local council and they will be able to assist. Find your local council details.

  • Can I use Biffa’s Wheelie Clean Service?

    Our new bin cleaning service, Biffa Wheelie Clean, lets you submit your details online and we’ll let you know whether the service is available in your area.


  • Can I become a Biffa supplier?

    To become a Biffa supplier you will need to meet our procurement’s ethical, environmental and health and safety standards. Find out more.
